Key Process Features
High-Temperature Metallization
The ceramic surface is metallized at high temperature to create a strong and reliable bonding layer for subsequent ceramic-to-metal joining.
Ceramic-to-Metal Vacuum Brazing
Metallized ceramic parts are joined with metal components through vacuum brazing. The typical brazing temperature is approximately 800°C, while specific brazing temperatures and process parameters can be customized according to the ceramic, metal material, and application requirements.
Reliable Ceramic-Metal Sealing
The metallization and vacuum brazing processes provide strong ceramic-to-metal bonding, excellent vacuum tightness, and stable performance under high voltage and elevated temperatures.
Professional Vacuum Manufacturing Process
Specialized vacuum equipment and controlled manufacturing processes are used to ensure consistent sealing quality and reliable performance.
