TecCera supplies precision Mo-Mn Metallized Alumina Ceramic Vacuum Electrode designed for vacuum, high-voltage and ceramic-to-metal sealing applications.
The component is manufactured from high-purity alumina ceramic and features a controlled molybdenum-manganese metallization layer on selected surfaces. Optional nickel, copper or gold plating can be applied according to brazing and assembly requirements.
The combination of high electrical insulation, mechanical strength and brazable metallized surfaces makes these ceramic cylinders suitable for vacuum electronic devices, feedthrough assemblies, hermetic sealing structures and other demanding electrical applications.
