* 99% Alumina (Al₂O₃)
Available ceramic forming processes include:
* Hot pressing / hot casting
* Cold isostatic pressing (CIP)
* Dry pressing
* Other forming processes according to component geometry
Metal Materials
A range of vacuum-compatible metals can be joined with metallized alumina ceramics, including:
* Stainless steel
* Kovar
* Molybdenum
* Nickel
* Other specialized vacuum-grade metal alloys
Integrated Ceramic and Metal Processing
TecCera can provide:

* Vacuum brazing
* Customized sealed assemblies
This integrated capability helps improve dimensional matching, sealing reliability, and consistency between ceramic and metal components.
High-Temperature Metallization
Ceramic surfaces are metallized using high-temperature processes to create a reliable bonding interface between alumina ceramics and metal components.
Metallization patterns, dimensions, and coating areas can be customized according to the sealing structure and application requirements.
Vacuum Brazing and Controlled-Atmosphere Joining
Depending on component geometry, materials, and operating conditions, ceramic-to-metal assemblies can be joined using:
* Vacuum brazing
* Hydrogen-atmosphere brazing
Typical brazing temperatures can reach approximately 800°C.
For special applications, customized brazing processes with higher joining temperatures, such as 1000°C, can also be developed according to customer requirements and material compatibility.
