Metallized Ceramic Components
Large-Diameter Metallized Alumina Ceramic Tube
Large-diameter metallized alumina ceramic tube with Mo-Mn metallization and optional Ni, Cu or Au plating for vacuum and high-voltage applications.
Product Description
TecCera supplies large-diameter metallized alumina ceramic tubes for vacuum, high-voltage and ceramic-to-metal sealing applications.
These components are typically manufactured from 95%–99% alumina ceramic and selectively metallized with a controlled molybdenum-manganese (Mo-Mn) layer. Optional nickel, copper or gold plating can be applied according to brazing, sealing and assembly requirements.
Large-diameter ceramic tubes are suitable for applications requiring electrical insulation, dimensional stability and reliable ceramic-to-metal joining across a relatively large sealing interface.
They can be customized according to customer drawings, including tube diameter, wall thickness, length, metallization area and plating requirements.
