Metallized Ceramic Components
Metallized Ceramic Ring
Metallized ceramic rings with Mo/Mn metallization and Ni, Ag, Au or Cu plating for brazing, vacuum and electrical applications. Custom sizes available.
Product Overview
TecCera supplies precisionMetallized Ceramic Ring for ceramic-to-metal brazing, electrical insulation, hermetic sealing, vacuum systems, and high-reliability electronic assemblies.
The rings are typically manufactured from 95% or 99% alumina ceramic and metallized with a Mo/Mn (molybdenum-manganese) layer. Nickel, silver, gold, copper, or other plating options can be applied according to the joining process and application requirements.
Metallization areas, ring dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and plating specifications can be customized according to customer drawings or samples.
