Available in 95% and 99% alumina, these components combine high dielectric strength, mechanical stability, and reliable metal-to-ceramic bonding. Depending on the component geometry and technical requirements, metallization can be applied by screen printing, spraying, brushing, or precision dispensing.

Molybdenum-manganese (Mo-Mn) is commonly used as the base metallization layer. Optional nickel, copper, silver, or gold plating can be applied to improve wettability, corrosion resistance, brazability, and electrical performance.

Flat, cylindrical, and complex ceramic components can be manufactured according to customer drawings or samples.
